The current annual costs for joining Bracknell District Caving Club are as follows, being associate membership for the first year;
| Full or Associate Member with PL insurance | £21.00 |
| Full or Associate Member without PL insurance | £5.00 |
| Non-caving Member | £5.00 |
| Transfer to take up club PL insurance (any time during the membership year) | £16.00 |
| The above subscriptions to reduce by ¼ on 1st April, July and October | |
The club maintains a stock of ropes, ladders and other tackle, which is available for use by full members on club trips, and by prior arrangement with the Tackle Master. In addition a limited amount of other equipment (e.g. lamps, oversuits) is available for hire. The club also maintains a library of books, periodicals, maps and surveys relating to caving. We have a tower for practising Single Rope Technique work
For beginners, a temporary membership and insurance form needs to be filled in before going on the trip. Any further trips will require becoming a member of the club.

Bracknell District Caving Club is affiliated to a number of caving bodies including:
