Membership Details
The current annual costs for joining Bracknell District Caving Club are as follows, being associate membership for the first year;

| Caving membership per year - with other (acceptable) public liability insurance. | £15.00 |
| Non-caving membership per year. | £15.00 |
| Upgrade from non-caving to caving membership - with BDCC public liability insurance. | £15.00 |
| Temporary membership for a beginners' trip. | £5.00 |
| Upgrade from temporary to full (associate) membership - with BDCC public liability insurance. | £25.00 pre 1st Nov - £10 after |
| Upgrade from temporary to full (associate) membership - with own public liability insurance. | £10.00 at any time |
The club maintains a stock of ropes, ladders and other tackle, which is available for use by full members on club trips, and by prior arrangement with the Tackle Master. In addition a limited amount of other equipment (e.g. lamps, oversuits) is available for hire. The club also maintains a library of books, periodicals, maps and surveys relating to caving.
For beginners wishing to go on a trip, a temporary membership/insurance form needs to be filled in and a payment of £5.00 to cover the necessary liaibility insurance given. This is required before going on the trip. This initial payment will become part of their membership subs should they subsequently wish to become a member. Any further trips after their first trip will require them to become a member of the club.
